I wasn’t aware that you could strip rust, paint, and corrosion with just a laser. Looks like it would work on planes just as much as cars, old weapons, or any rusted stuff. It would be interesting to see it applied to a warbird restoration. It looks like it has a vacuum system for the vapors and fumes.
It will create a very high electric bill and it is not a cheap instrument, but I could see the cost coming down in the future.
