bomb rack query

I’m trying to identify a bomb rack shown in the attached.

It is the lower of the two in the photo while the upper if the standard RAF UBC type 1 mark 3 (well we believe it to be so).

It has one bomb hook in place but you can see clearly where a second one would have been but this indicates a very short bomb (and hence lightweight).

Its here in NZ so we can’t rule out that is American in origin but it is not of a type shown in the Army Aircraft Weapons Catalogue if that is any’use.
