And there I was wondering if this thread had anything to do with the rumour going around the industry that the first prototype 787 is now destine never to fly…….. the loss of config control is too much trouble to sort out, so the second aircraft will take its place in the test flying and the first prototype will probably be used in a fuel tank fire integrity cert test.

If its true I wonder how this news will be “tarted up” by Boeing program.
