As a former APSS member and volunteer way back in the late 80`s early 90`s I had to pay a visit when I was back visiting family and friends. I was pleasantly surprised at what I saw, its nice to see money being spent on the place again although I wish they would have done a wee bit more work on tidying up the older airframes. The Spitfire was the most obvious one to my eye being perched up on a pedestal now – looks like a few missing panel screws!
Missed the opportunity – in my eye – to bring back the set “dressing” they used to have – I have attached a couple of links to a photo bucket site on which I have posted the pictures. Excuse the poor quality of some of them! Was never good as this photograph malarkey!

Great to see, Colin. I haven’t been to EF in as many years either; New Zealand is even further from Canada!

East Fortune
I’ll need to get there soon, as I haven’t been in at least ten years!
Sad to say I hadn`t been in that long either but living in Canada is my excuse! :0)
If you would like to see some of the Canadian Museums etc use this link. You can access any of the Albums that aren`t locked
