Hi all, does anybody have a listing of Halifax part numbers please? Trying to ID the follow ing parts.

I agree with Ivor’s statement. All I can add is that the ‘F’ in the part no refers to tailplane,fin, rudder and elevators. That narrows it down just a bit!

The prefix 57 was used on later Halifaxes too. The 59, 60 etc prefixes were only used on newly designed parts for the later marks.

ok found it the numbers on my piece are:
“5788 C8”
“BR I90”
“OSB 957” with a circular stamp with an “N” in it
might be incomplete thats all I see on it in its current state, seems my piece is a MK1 too

I have a halifax panel with a surprising amount of part numbers on it, ill dig it out and post all the part numbers so you can compare .-)
not found it yet but on a part numbers website for serials etc for halifax they have: looks like your serials are from a Mark I
HP57 = Halifax Mk I
HP59 = Halifax Mk II
HP61 = Halifax Mk III
HP63 = Halifax Mk IV
HP63 = Halifax Mk V
HP70 = Halifax Mk VIII
HP71 = Halifax Mk IX
