Hi,
I would like to ask if there photographs or newspaper articles available of the arrival of the Norwegian-registered Lockheed Vega in London on 13 and 14 October 1933. He arrived either at Croydon or Lympne. We believe Croydon, as they delivered in London a silver model of a Viking Ship to one of the customers of one of the sponsors of the trip.
It would be nice to get some information from the English side.
Look forward to your help.
Regards
Rob Mulder

Hi Martin,
Thank you for your contribution. It confirms my thoughts as with regard to the airport of landing: Lympne.
Selo Fly: one of the sponsors was Selo Glue and the company paid £ 18 for the advertisment on the side of the aircraft. A bargain…Cheers Rob
Aah, interesting! Thanky,
Martin
