700 x 250 wheels – need help with identification

Hello!
I’ve a pair of aircraft wheels, they came from the area of Berlin.
On the first look the rim design reminds me on american ones…
but the wheels has russian text on it…
size 700 x 250 cm

Any idea which aircraft these wheels come from?
