Royal Air Force Flying Review Magazines.

Hi all. I’m a lifelong aircraft nut, so should fit in here! Remember my Biggin Hill displays in the 1960’s, and Finningley in the 1970’s, with fond memories.

A colleague has discovered three volumes of the Royal Air Force Flying review. 1955-56. 1956-57 and 1961-1962. Passed down in the family. He has no interest in them (!) and would let them go to a good home. If any one is interested, please PM me, with an offer. Postage would cost a bit due to weight. They are a fantastic collection with loads of period piece reading.

My favourite aircraft ever? Hawker Tempest V, and the Whirlwind. Both to fly again one day. I wish!

Reading my cousin’s bound copies in the ’60s is what got me hooked on military aviation; they have a lot to answer for….
