I share with you some pictures of aircraft applied with camouflage called Barclay. A question, does this camouflage was used operationally or only a test? To see the photos, please visit the link below.

An overwhelming feeling of Déjà vu. I wonder why? Oh, that’s right he’s posted it before.

I’ve never seen those pics, intresting

And on a vain attempt to steer the thread back on topic, the camo scheme is pretty interesting. It reminds me a little of the ‘dazzle’ scheme used on warships in WW1.

I don’t see what all the fuss is about. Let the guy post.

I think we will wait for a complaint from a verified IP holder first.
You know how lawyers charge.
Can we now revert to discussing the content please?

In general I am happy to be directed into areas of aviation that I have not come across before and pampa14 does seem to tell us about a lot of it. I entirely accept that the way that he posts is to ask a question while clearly being uninterested in the answers.
One area about which there is no doubt is that he is acquiring images from various websites and then reposting them as his own. Unless these images are copyright-free or he is posting them with the permission of the copyright holder (and since he never posts the origin of these images I doubt it) then if the forum server is in the UK or the US then there is a strong possibility that this comes under theft of intellectual property rights.
Moggy, you might need to chat to the Forum lawyers there.

The OP has created a website onto which he is driving traffic by finding occasional points of interest and then drawing people to it. J. Boyle’s observations are also relevant.
His website is his product which he promotes by asking us to go look at it via a link. Advertising I thought was not permitted under forum rules.
Well then you would have to ban other posts then such as that recent reeves one advertising parts. No different.

My issue with him is he always asks a question as part of his post…then never acknowledges any of the members sincere responses…which I doubt he even reads.
Very rude.

Hear hear.
Same as a TV programme….don’t like it, don’t watch it.

Good call Mod.
How can anyone here advocate deleting a user who has not broken a rule. No justification all.

No issues with Pampa14 at all. He’s posted some interesting threads in the past as is this one.

No, it wasn’t used on ops, it was just a test. Apparently had no benefits over existing colour schemes therefore not proceeded with.

I do not click any of his links and as Moggy says, if you do not want to look don’t click.

This is brought up every time he posts.
There is no argument for deleting a user who obeys all the rules and provides material which is sometimes interesting and/or previously unseen.
You can see his user name. If you don’t want to look at his postings, don’t open the thread.
