It is being reported that a Yak-9UM in Australia has overturned today during its landing run, resulting in a damaged aircraft but pilot thankfully uninjured.

I saw that on the news yesterday, glad the pilot is ok.
Hopefully the damage isn’t too susbstantial and they get it going again soon

It had been at the AusFly event at Narromine, NSW (some 700km to the north) for the weekend – I actually saw it taxi for take-off this morning via Periscope.tv.
The main thing his he walked away.
