The YAM stores are undegoing somewhat of a clear-out, and some items have come to light in there which are causing us to scratch our heads regarding their origins! Can anyone on here assist?
Item 1. Unknown wheel.
Item 2. Only idea I had for this was a Harrier fin top?
Item 3. Unidentified intake

Wheel is a 900 x16 Ferret split rim wheel

Ferret scout car used an aluminium wheel, 9.00-16 tyre size and Stalwart also used an alloy rim, 14.00-20 size. 8 stud is likely the former, looks the right size too.

That wheel does look more vehicle than a/c.

What diameter and width is the wheel. Is it off a vehicle looks like a alloy possibly airborne light weight fork lift truck wheel.

Could possibly be a Harrier wing tip, as the outrigger is inboard a bit?
Thought the main wheel might be Phantom but it isn’t. Phantom rim has 18 studs and no inner row of holes.
Definitely a Dart intake. Common to all Darts, not aircraft type specific as it was a R-R part not an airframe manufacturer’s part.
Anon.

Possibly Piston, but Item 3/4 is definitely off a Rolls Royce Dart engine of some sort.
Maybe from a Handley Page Herald. :dev2:
