Propeller Hub ID

I’m trying to identify this prop hub. It is for a 4 blade test club. It appears to have a US Navy stamp and the identifying stamps are as follows:

PART NO. NC-110-B
SERIAL NO. 112
CONT. NO. C-90347

I’m guessing it was from a common US radial type engine. Does it match a particular engine model or did they mix and match?
