37th Squadron bravery certificate for Battle of Spartivento

I read a post in a forum giving information about how the ground crew from 37th Squadron were on HMS Manchester during Battle of Spartivento and received bravery certificates from the captain. My father received this certificate and I would love to more details. The person who wrote the post was kev53.
