Over on PPrune,on A H &Nostalgia,several photos have been left in Cardiff bus station; one photo shows a gent sat on the tailplane of what appears to be either a Typhoon or Tempest ,with a couple of others in the back ground.There appears to be a `maintenance no ` partly hidden ,5763,then either ,1,I,J,or the first `leg` of M.Anyone care to find what/where/when ,or who the guy is…?

EDIT…the guy has been identified as lifelong photographer Ceinfryn Robins and the Moth is VT-AND…..the set features a Harvard ‘deHavilland plane used for towing gliders’ :-)….google ‘ mystery photos Cardiff bus station’, go to WalesOnline page

He should contact the local paper, with the celebrations going on with the spits they may publish one and bring forth the owner.
