Hi Mike
Not seen that one before, could it be Russian?
If it proves a problem to ID, check to see if the threads are metric or imperial, that would help.
Pics of stamped numbers help too, it’s often possible to tell the country just by the style or pattern of numbers, plus inspection stamps which often give the manufacturer.
