Could anyone tell me what this control grip could be off please.

It was also used on the Venom Night Fighters too. The AC10522 was standard RAF NF fitment jet grip, as Mike rightly says, certainly multi-crew identified by the letters on the buttons, Meteor day fighter uses either the AC10800 or AC1400 but even this latter one comes in both single and multi-crew varieties but, virtually identical grips! Hopefully, this picture shows both AC10522 in Meteor guise on the left and Venom on the right! Exactly the same grip but different attachments [ATTACH=CONFIG]239131[/ATTACH]

Yep, Bruce has it. Meteor Night Fighter.
Same as the Day Fighter grip but has the M and C on the top buttons.
