Vulcan Question?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what is the purpose of the filled in area between the starboard engines? I asked a guide at Cosford last week but he couldn`t tell me !

Called the ‘ECM Counterpoise Plate’ – lots of info out there on the inter web if you google it.
