Went away for my 25 anniversary to a hotel just off the A64/ A1 junction & noticed a large building that appeared to be of a Belfast truss construction.
Was there a WWI airfield in the area?

Had a look in the Tadcaster hangar a few years ago; very original at that time, with period stenciling and graffiti.
