I would say this is an incident much like the suspension on your car going. But the newspapers always love words like “Crash” “Dived” “plunged” Etc, rather than the truth.
I am glad nobody has been hurt, and hope she can be repaired T-28’s are rare in Europe and I am fond of this one in particular.

I thought the definition of an accident or incident was determined by persons being on the aircraft, or not, rather than whether the aircraft was flying or not?

Not in my experience: good way of massaging stats however.

Errr, that was yesterday and it didn’t crash as it hadn’t taken off yet.
