Kickstarter project for Shackleton WR963

Forgive me, but I haven’t seen this mentioned on here before now : https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1811202265/avro-shackleton-wr963-return-to-flight?ref=video
they’re already been pledged just under £8,000 from a target of £12,000..

I’ve pledged a little but forgone the rewards – the less money spent on postage, the more available for the Shack. Good luck Rich and co!

Hi Lotus,

Thanks for posting it up. As mmitch says, there is a link to it at the tail end of our diary thread on the aircraft but we weren’t sure how close to the wind it was regarding the forum rules so didn’t create a separate topic.

As it stands we’re just over £8k now, and we’ve still got a few good rewards left for the pledges.

There is a link on the SPT Shackleton thread but it’s a good idea to give it a clear mention.
