Spitfire NH238

I was reading through “Spitfire survivors”, regarding this aircraft and it mentions being rebuilt to flight status by Hull Aviation Inc. of Sugarland Texas ( pre Doug Arnold ownership). Does anyone know if this would be Ralph Hull ? Thanks.
