AM Pamphlet – "You are going to be an Air Gunner"

Does anyone have a copy of the above mentioned pamphlet which I believe was issued to trainee air gunners during WWII.

If so, would it be possible to have a scanned copy for inclusion in a non-commercial piece of research that I am doing for the family of an air gunner?

As a further enquiry, does anyone know if a similar pamphlet existed for Wireless Operators and Air Bombers?

Any help would be much appreciated.
