Some of this documentary has been filmed at the Yorkshire Air Museum at Elvington including Nimrod XV250 internally and one of our Tornado’s I am led to believe. Ariel Drone footage filmed by YAM’s own Spielberg, Brian the Tractor God.

It was a good program I thought. As NM said the tornado is actually being put in to the hangar this week for its to re begin it’s re-paint. The museum has several re-paints on the cards this year. NM I liked the guys surprise at the completeness of 250’s interior. What folk should know is most of it has been put back in by the Nim team. Lastly Brian’s name has been changed to Brian Spielberg! 😀

Yes – the Tornado looked particularily sad.
I do believe the Tornado is due for a repaint this spring, prep work has already started.
