Can anyone identify this Broad Arrow stamped Perspex flying goggles?

I have found this old goggles, the glasses are made from heavy Perspex. On the leather strap there are some markings and the Broad Arrow stamp. Which period are the goggles from? and used by crewmembers or pilot? WWII?
