Thanks 12jaguar,i just would like to add labels to what can be identified rather than just have a box of “bits”.

Much appreciated H

in 3, 4 & 5 the item with the thin tube coming out of it is a sender unit off a pressure gauge (oil, Fuel)

Looks like a mix of various aircraft parts rather than all being from one type.
Some part numbers look like they are Hawker “Hurricane ?” or Airspeed, some possibly Spitfire, some ???.

That makes sense, though I’m not at all sure about the German part, I would need to see more detail on that.
The circular item in the first of the second set of pics is a Merlin coolant pump inlet fitting.

Hi Pete, the story so far is the parts came from a WW2 airfield where air frames were repaired/scrapped.There is 80kg of assorted bits, some i can identify, others i cant. There are several other what appear to be engine parts,i will photograph them and put them on the thread.

Thanks H

Part numbers look like Halifax. The item with the gears in the penultimate photo looks a bit like part of the boost control from a Jumo 211, are all the parts from one aircraft?

Pete
