According to the Express, government funding will be announced for the Lincs Bomber Command Memorial (£150k) and the Battle of Britain Memorial at Capel le Ferne (£250k) by the Chancellor today. And £500k to the RAFBF. All from the fines levied on the banks.

Crikey those fines are paying for a lot of things.
Just imagine what might have happened if the then government had done their job in the first place, and kept control of the financial sector.
