Windover, thickness of the shaft is 4mm by 15mm and I’d be happy with red or brown. Do you have one available by chance?

What you’re after is a standard pitch lever knob. Fitted to almost everything up to, and including Shackletons. Pembrokes, etc.
It’s just the thickness of the lever shaft and colour that varies.
