We are restoring the cockpit section of F4F 37+86 and have a pair of UK type ladders which were not used by the Luftwaffe. I wondered if anyone out there has the US type (with rounded stantions) that would swap or maybe sell so that when finished the Little Devil would look authentic.

Hello – I have a US Air Force F-4 Crew Ladder in my garage here in Panama City, FL USA. I don’t know how you would get it shipped to the UK though. It is 104 inches tall and weighs 35 lbs. Maybe cut it into 3 pieces 35 inches long and then re-weld it?
