Just in time for Nov11th, Engines #2 and #3 arrived at the Bomber Command Museum of Canada today. These are 0-time rebuilt and inhibited Hercules 216s from John Robson in Preston UK this makes a complete set of 4 runnable hercules engines for the Halifax LW170 project!

I have got to go to Canada before I expire!
There’s no great need to rush, as it is still at the bottom of the sea somewhere off the Hebrides, exact location and condition uncertain.

Not yet David, the hope to do the sonar search next year. Pictured are 3 of the 4 runnable hercules engines with the 4th under restoration.
