Now I look back at the first cockpit picture I can see the four mounting holes, two closely spaced on the left and two widely spaced on the right.

The nuclear role panel was mounted, by an additional bracket, to the port side of the navigators cockpit, so that it was directly above the conventional role panel.
With both panels fitted, nukes could be carried on stations 9 and 10, in the bomb bay and convention weapons on the wing stations. One operation role, designated SX, was nukes coupled with anti-radar Martel on outboard stations 3 and 4.

Stn 9 and Stn 10 are the two central locations on the inside of the Buccaneer bombdoor. They were the mounting points for twin “buckets of sunshine” that the S2B version carried.

… could the LB-41 be a location on the aircraft or is it just a local serial number?
I think it’s LBH 41, LBH for Laarbruch?

Interesting, it’s a nukes control panel which seems to have the same controls as the cockpit photo but a nicer layout. I guess the 9 and 10 nomenclature narrows it down to Buccaneer, could the LB-41 be a location on the aircraft or is it just a local serial number?
