Can anyone help with the following. As per the photos its a large piece of ‘skin’ that looks as if both ends join together to form a cylinder shape. As you can see there a few ‘inspection plate’ openings.
I haven’t been able to find a part number on the skin itself but one of the items attached by an inspection hole has the number 300 ** 197. The two missing numbers could be an 11 or 14 but I can’t quite read them.
When you join the item together one end of it is slanted in a similar fashion/angle to the join at frames 19 where the tail attaches to the main fuselage.
Any one got a clue because frankly I haven’t although I’m no expert

On the Spit the 11 or 19 drawing numbers are from the control surfaces – aileron or elevator. Can you clean up the number with a bit of wire wool to make certain?
