World War 1 dogfight fake photos.

From today’s Sunday DT.
A pretty well known story of fake photos, which may be of interest to some and news to others.
I’m also sure they were considered fake by the 1970s before Cross & Cockade got hold of the story in the mid 80s.

I still see theses photos in news articles that think they are genuine.
Interesting story nevertheless.

Just beat me to it. I had known the story but none of the details so found it a very interesting read earlier.
