Duxford's B17

As it seems quite a while since the B17 has returned to the American Air Museum at Duxford after its refurb, is there any reason why the nose chin gun turret hasn’t been finished? Also, surly B17s were famous during the war for their nose art (apart from other things). Isn’t it about time she has been given an identity even if it’s renamed “Mary Alice”?
