What are these?

What are these?
In the ammunition bay of my Swiss Venom pod are these things shown below. Evidently there should be four of them (p/n 512’435E). I cannot find any reference to them in the manuals that I have and they don’t seem to have been fitted to the RAF Venoms.
Can anybody tell me what they are, please?
