Hello
I have here a new Fund from Germany: Flap one He 177 – Greif.
The piece is 340 cm and 100 cm wide. Unfortunately, it was separated from the Haushaltsauflöser in 3 parts.
Best regards Christoph

Along with the DB610 at Cosford. Are there any other DB610 engines surviving?
There was certainly one in store at the Science Museum Wroughton which I saw on an open day visit many years ago. I did not know Cosford had one too. Is it perhaps the same one which has migrated?

Christoph – I would have loved to have had that piece – but the shipping back to UK would have been fun!!
I managed to fit a Ju88 tail and a 109 Belly Pan in my LR last year. Previously I managed to fit two FW190 landing flaps – but 2.3m of He177 would be a bit of a challenge…
I have sent you a pm.

The odd bit of 177 does turn up! Not in the same excellent condition though.

Must be one of the biggest surviving parts?
