Flying Officer Maurice Emile Sauzier (153215)

Can anyone help with details of Flying Officer Maurice Emile Sauzier (153215)?

A native of Mauritius, Fg Off Sauzier trained as a Flying Instructor with No.10 FIS at Woodley until 15th April 1944, when he was posted to 29 EFTS, Clyffe Pypard.

He served there as a flying instructor until 16th May 1944 when he moved on to No.7 (Pilot) Advanced Flying Unit.

CWGC has him killed in action on 14th October 1944 and he’s buried close to Acklington. Is there a link?

I’d appreciate anything anyone can add.
