What you have there is a type F heated waistcoat, it superseded the type D which was exactly the same but in 12 volts. The type F came out around 1943/44. The plug which is missing is a 5c/527 or a 5c/2202. I don`t know why the plugs have different ref numbers as they are exactly the same. Both are pretty hard to get hold of.
