Over at LAAHS forum and Flugzeugforum.de we just try to find out, what aircraft could be mentioned in this book:
“Nicaraguan Odyssey: The Adventures of an American Duster Pilot in 1953 Nicaragua” by Richard Fred Trimble
“This group had pooled their resources and bought a German built Aeromeister, which was a high wing, all fabric, light aircraft, very similar to the Super Cub. The fuselage was made of lightweight 4130 chromolly tubing and to me it seemed very fragile. It had a 150 hp engine and was equipped as a sprayer….The name of the pilot that brought the Aeromeister into the strip was Jack Baker.”
“Aeromeister” is only mentioned two times – but nobody so far knows anything about it.
Over to you! Am curious what will happen here…

Back in 1953, crop spraying equipment would be simpler and not so sophisticated?

Could it be a Cessna Airmaster perhaps?

Like that idea – but maybe earlier models like C-34, C-37, C-38, or a C-145 with 145hp.
But can’t find any connection between Cessna Airmaster and crop-dusting…
Thanks for that hint!
