REF 10B/16110 – Mystery Parts ID help please!

Hello folks,

a pal has a batch of rectangular canvas – what look like seat backs – with three press studs on each end – marked boldly with this reference….anyone have any idea wot on erf they are?

Having been searching for something else with no luck whatsoever, I idly popped that reference into Google, and found this. Of course, that’s not a guarantee that it’s correct…
