Fairey Battles

The article in the new FP lists just 5 Battles – RAFM, Canada, Belgium, Southern Australia and a glacier recovery(where now?)

According to this thread there is another under rebuild in the UK though……

There may still be a wing at the crash site in the Prescelli mountains West Wales.

When they were scrapped in Australia , they were cut behind the firewall , so there are a few nose sections around , one was in a collection at Dairy Flat just north of Auckland and I am sure there must be others in Australia .
