Wheel identification

We have a wheel which looks like a tail wheel marked as AH 017489 as far as can be seen , the 1 and 7 can only just be seen . The tyre is a goodyear ballon type tyre and is a 6.00 x 4 . The hub has AH016579 ISS 1 on it and is a split rim type with locking ring. Any ides please.
