Hi,
I just found these 3 photos in an old book, and was wondering if anyone can help me find out more information about the aircrafts and time periods. Purely for my own curiosity.
Thanks,
Emily

Middle one shows three Supermarine Southampton flying boats at anchor. The scenery is definitely overseas, if forced I’d say Australia? The RAAF operated some Southamptons, but my gut instinct is that these are three of the four aircraft of the RAF’s Far East Flight, which carried out a 27000-mile “flying the flag” expedition to Singapore from the UK in 1927-8.

Third is DHA3 Drover VH-DHA, somewhere between 1948 and 1952 (when it was lost: http://www.airwaysmuseum.com/DHA%20Drover%20VH-DHA%202.htm). Picture taken at Essendon.
First is the Saunders-Roe Princess flying boat.
Others will no doubt be able to narrow this information down.
