MKIA Bone Dome

Just been watching the Cold War Hot Jets and noticed in the background of some archive footage a white painted MKIA bone dome. I have a white painted MKIA with the motif of a red fox on the side and wondered if anybody here might know which unit might have worn such a helmet. It could of course be a personal mascot in which case I guess there is little hope in tracking it down. Any help as always greatfully received.
