Tornado Cockpit i.d.

Does anyone know the i.d. of the trailer mounted Tornado cockpit that spent the weekend at Newark Air Museum?

It was there when I arrived on site this morning, parked up in front of the Vulcan – I thought, I’ll wait until the rain stops before I take a photograph – and when I looked again (about 30 minutes later) it was gone!

I think it’s an ex sim cockpit chris, probably from Leeming or Coningsby. Simon Pulford has the other one I think.

Re #2: I don’t think so – unless I’ve had a bad weekend!!

At a guess I’d say a grey F.2, with a small low-vis roundel on the side; I also noted that the front cockpit windshield was missing!
