Dear All,
I was just wondering if any members know if I’ll be able to obtain further information on the loss of 60 Squadron Javelin XH788. Will there be a crash report availble at the PRO or the RAF Museum or will it still be with the MOD?
Any help would be great.

Many thanks for that. I have to say that the clip is the first time I have actually seen a Javelin flying. I have always been more interested in wartime aircraft, but it seems my research is slipping in to the jet period a little.
Thanks again.

Not related to the crash in anyway at all, but XH788 is shown in this cine film => http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83nEoeUVDII
In 1966 she wore the letter “E”

Many thanks for the replies.
SFF. Thanks for the offer of help. Anything would be great.
Martin. Many thanks for the link. I had seen that, but at the moment that is pretty much all I have. I seem to remember a website a while back (MOD I think) which contained various crash reports from the 1960s onwards but cannot seem to find it.

Help
Hi there,
I’m on Sixty. I’ll have a dig in the squadron records and get back to this thread in a day or two.
Regards,
