She is registered as the owner.

End of the day they are both ok, that’s the main thing. The a/c can be repaired, plenty of $, but that’s why you buy insurance.

Vijay Singh (professional golfer) has a wife called Ardena and resides in Florida so I guess it’s not the same one ! I wonder how many other Vijays there are on the internet before we chance on the right one !

He may be the golf pro. Then again he may not be.

Wife confesses to flying the plane!

So what does that mean? My wife “confesses” to flying our airplane as well, and she is perhaps a better pilot than you are.

Depends on how good your insurers are! I should imagine the factory can turn one round pretty quick !

Great to hear the crew are well -aircraft should be a fairly simple fix or just ask the insurers for a new one!

It would still be expensive to fix….especially the engine, cowl and prop. A local pilot did something similar with his Stearman two years ago, it’s still under repair.

Apparently the plane ground looped before overturning,

Considering David’s observation, maybe this thread should have been in General Aviation. 😮
