End of the day they are both ok, that’s the main thing. The a/c can be repaired, plenty of $, but that’s why you buy insurance.

Depends on how good your insurers are! I should imagine the factory can turn one round pretty quick !

Great to hear the crew are well -aircraft should be a fairly simple fix or just ask the insurers for a new one!
It would still be expensive to fix….especially the engine, cowl and prop. A local pilot did something similar with his Stearman two years ago, it’s still under repair.
