Gosh, Lyffe! Was there a real war going on before 1941, then?!

Was it not all just a big practice session until December ’41?

I knew someone would pick that up. I also liked the references to some photos being ‘Prewar’ in 1941.

Some lovely images, but scrolling down I just creased up at the caption showing King George VI visiting a B-17 base:

“King George VI (of “The King’s Speech” movie) visits USAF base, England”

So glad they added that bit of extra and most helpful information. I knew he was famous for something or other apart from being the King.
