Thunderbolt part numbers normally 89 or 93, maybe one of their jets?

The numbers look American – try over on WIX. The inspectors stamp is a bit odd – possibly Republic, which would suggest it is Thunderbolt. Any info on where it was found? How about a picture of the whole item?
The ‘L’ is part of the part number and indicates handedness, i.e. a left sided component.
