“….Gagarin, who became the first man to travel into space on April 12, 1961, was killed when his MiG-15 aircraft crashed on March 27, 1968….”
I just came across this account of his death, which I don’t think this has been posted before ?

Hi All,
So in that case all of you believe everything you have been Told by a Government/Politician/Third party/Read in a book or Newspaper/Documentary you watched on Tv no matter what the subject ? it was merely a comment on what is written and has been banded around for years I mean no Government from no matter what country has ever covered anything up have they ? One example the last Iraq invasion was because of definite proof of Sadam Hussein WMD and what he proposed to do with them and what was found nothing all those coalition life’s lost for nothing if there was any proof where was it ? It was never about the WMD it was about Oil and look at the state of the country now.
You just have to take what’s happening in Syria the public was told our forces will not put boots on the ground then a few weeks ago Hague announces we will be sending troops if it gets any worse I could be wrong but there is a bigger agenda at work here if I am wrong I hold my hands up but please prove me wrong.

Interesting that you limit your irrational sweeping dismissal to Americans……

Is it because there hasnt been an American politician yet who could lie straight in bed? Put it this way, If an American says ”Good Morning Sir” Go outside and check!

Yes, indeed…WHY??:(

Yeah… it makes you think “Why are people so desperate to believe that reality is different from what it is? Why do they have such a deep-seated compulsion to insist that everything that ever happened didn’t happen the way it was reported, and is part of a massive multi-national cover-up conspiracy?”

Hi All,
I’ll put the cat amongst the pigeons with this while Yuri Gagarin is the official first man in space (With no disrespect intended) was he ? there are those that believe Major-General Vladimir Sergeyevich Ilyushin, may have been as it is alleged that he landed on Chinese soil when he returned to earth although no official conformation the following is a brief extract from his Wikipedia page:-
Two days before Gagarin’s launch on April 12, 1961, Dennis Ogden wrote in the Western Communist newspaper the Daily Worker that the Soviet Union’s announcement that Ilyushin had been involved in a serious car crash was really a cover story for an April 7, 1961 orbital spaceflight gone wrong.[2] A similar story was told by French broadcaster Eduard Bobrovsky, but his version had the launch occurring in March, resulting in Ilyushin slipping into a coma.[2] NORAD tracking stations, however, had no record of any such launch.[2] Later that year, U.S. News & World Report transmitted the rumor by claiming that Gagarin had never flown and was merely a stand-in for the sickened Ilyushin.[citation needed] The 1999 film The Cosmonaut Cover-Up takes the position that Ilyushin was the first man in space and discusses the alleged cover-up in detail.[4] The 2009 film Fallen Idol: The Yuri Gagarin Conspiracy also takes the same position and further goes to talk about the US efforts to continue the lie, even citing national security to not release information under the Freedom of Information Act. The data sought was the Tern Island[disambiguation needed] CIA tracking station that supposedly covered and recorded Iluyshin’s failed mission.
According to Mark Wade, editor of the space history Web site Encyclopedia Astronautica, “The entire early history of the Soviet manned space program has been declassified and we have piles of memoirs of cosmonauts, engineers, etc., who participated. We know who was in the original cosmonaut team, who never flew, was dismissed, or was killed in ground tests. Ilyushin is not one of them.”[5]
Make’s you think ?
