Flying Bulls Corsair question

Noticed on this photo of the Flying Bulls Corsair that it has little windows behind the cockpit, is this normal on a Corsair or is there room for a passenger?

Quite a few Corsairs have been given the second seat mod. Sometimes the additional windows are tinted blue so they are not so obvious.

It is quite claustrophobic in the back; in fact, I turned down a flight in one a couple of years back.

Good spot. Its certainly not a standard fit on F4U-4’s, or indeed any Corsairs as far as i know. I’d go with your hunch of it being for a passenger behind the pilot.

Rob

Edit.. in this photo there’s certainly nothing else behind the pilot
